Statement of Purpose. The NIAF Institute for International Law was created to foster a better understanding of the special challenges and unique opportunities legal professionals face in an increasingly international world. By creating a network of lawyers, judges, and law professors, both in the United States and Italy, the goal is to share common interests and concerns, allowing for a free flow of substantive knowledge.

As members of the NIAF Institute for International Law, legal professionals in both nations will be able to share their experiences, strategies, and solutions to common legal problems, as well as compare and contrast the differences in approach to those problems.

The NIAF Institute for International Law will evolve to offer a combination of practical training sessions and cutting-edge substantive CLE programs both in Italy and the United States which combine real world advice with academic analysis and insight. These international conferences will provide the best educational, informational, and networking opportunities for legal professionals in both Italy and the United States.
